
For a girl who never saw herself as a runner, I sure do like to make a habit of it.
As a 31 year-old female, I’m no expert, but certainly no novice to running. Running can be anything you need it to be, and I have loved discovering how to run well while still living a life in balance. My heart is to encourage, help, and provide practical advice to anyone on their running journey. It all starts with one step!
